Xuman

From Russia comes Xuman. Xuman has an Neo Disco sound that has been compared to their counterparts Tesla Boy, I agree and yet I disagree, in my mind the only think I can think is " I can't wait to hear this on the dance floor!" Panic is the first track to be released on a compilation soon to be released form Xuman Records on December 18th.

Letting up Despite Great Faults

Letting up Despite Great Faults its a California band that have just released to their self debuted album now available through iTunes. I just received the full album and I'm loving every single minute of it, it reminds me of the type of albums that they used to do a few years back, with a nice mix of synths with slow soft guitars and some instrumental tracks. The album is comparable to a mixture of M83 and Pinback and is bound to be one of my favorites of this winter.

I'm not a Band "Crazy"

I'm not a Band a few days ago released two new songs "Crazy" and "This is it". In case you haven't read previous post, I'm not a band is a Electronic duo from Germany that have been busy touring Europe and making beautiful Electro music. Their newest track "Crazy" combines the sexuality of Jana D's voice with the brilliance of multi talented Stephan Joung who shows his brilliance on the track "This is it" where he combines the classical violin with electronic beats, combining it into electronic beats.

MMMatthias remix

MMMatthias sent over a brand new remix of Germany's own aUtOdiDaKt on basket, this can all be downloaded from Juno Download where you can get some other amazing remixes by MMMatthias; if you've never heard any other remixes by MMMatthias you can google him or you can also follow the label bellow of old post. What sets MMMatthias apart from other producers, is his ability of making music, most of the people who try to do electro, or remixes loose notion that it still has to sound like music not monotone repetition; MMMatthias has never disappointed on any of his remixes.

Neon Indian Grizzly Bear Remixes

(Pick by Stephieyaknow)

Last week Neon Indian released two remixes of Grizzly Bear's single "Cheerleader". The first remix, ‘Sega Genesis P-Orridge’ ; although still with the distorted Lo-Fi sound that Neon Indian is known for its a more faster paced song than the chilled second remix, ‘Studio 6669’. If you live in the New York area you still have 3 chances to see Neon Indian's show, trust me its well worth it.

O'spada

I was really surprised to search in all my previous post and find out that I've never posted about O'spada since they are one of the best things to come out of Despotz Records in a while. O'spada is a Stockholm electro band whose sound is fresh and new, their music reminds me of the funk and glamour Prince music used to have back in the 80's, which is the sound most of the bands now a days wish they could have. Recently NightWaves made two remixes of O'spada latest single "Ten Strikes" and I am currently drooling all over them.

Le Corps de Mice Francoise

I just received a new remix of Le Corps de Mice Francoise's single "Something Golden" by Zebra and Snake as well as the newly released video. The remix makes the song seem a bit more normal as it distorts the sound to make it sound Psychedelic.

Tahiti 80's Good Boy

French boys Tahiti 80 have just released their latest single for their upcoming album to be released in November 24th. The single is called "Good Boy", the song is kind of whimsical and quite sweet, with quite a catchy chorus.
