Interpol Live in Dallas

Due to release their new album July the 10th in the us, New York based band Interpol has added up a lineup of US concert; Dallas we have a chance to see this incredible band on May the 30th. If you have never heard of them, or never seen them live now its your chance to do so, Interpol is the only band who makes it bearable to have to stand around a congregation of Hipsters, Emo Kids, and Goths.

Dan Deacon putting the A in Absurdist

Baltimore native Dan Deacon can be described by many adjectives but the one that hits the spot its definitely Absurdist. When asked about the style of his music, he describes it as something a fifth grader would do; Dan Deacon has a mixture of distorted voice and electronic beats created by a "Vintage" Casio keyboard and some other vintage artifacts he found around. If I could describe his music I would say that is nothing less than brilliant, its something that would leave you in a good mood, its fun to listen, and its something like you've never heard before, which its something that in this day and age everyone is looking for, specially with all the cookie cutter bands and performers out there.

Kumisolo no pun intended by Kumi Okamoto

Last time we check out Kumi Okamoto, she was working in a girl group, “The Konki Duet” a mixture of sweet and gloomy and Crazy Curl, which Kumi contributed with the sweet and delicate side of the music. Kumi however has gone solo and it’s soon to release a new album during the spring, in which she has amplified what she has always brought to the table in the other groups, her sweet and delicate music. Although she performs and writes most all of the music, she does receive help form all of her friends around like, o.lamm, hypo, Momus, domotic etc.

Check out some more music. (Hope you can read french)
