(Pretty) Girls and Lasers party
(Pretty)Girls and Lasers has extended an invitation to all the people in the New York area to party with them at their "Primary Colors party", it should be an amazing event and if you don't go I'll be really disappointed since I can't make it up there (I live in Texas); to sweeten the deal I'm including their Summer Mix, listen to it and RSVP now it should be the party of a lifetime (send me Picks).

Mr. Gnome and Vagina Panther
Cleveland duo Mr. Gnome is finishing the last touches of their forthcoming album Have Yer Skeleton available November; although they've been compared over and over to some great bands, form what I can tell you their sound although mature, still has an raw edge that creates a harder sound, yet is not somber or boring, in fact its loads of fun. They've graciously enough sent over two tracks from "Have Yer Skeleton", and feel free to go to myspace page to check out their tour dates.
Mr. Gnome - Vampires
Mr. Gnome - Slow Side
Vagina Panther or VP if you are a pussy, is set to release their latest self titled album. They've send us a taste of their music which goes great with The Gnomes in that they are both raw and fun.

A-ux
A-ux is back! And with some amazing new material, as well as some remastered music that brings out some chilled classy Hip Hop. The first song is called "Forgotten Memoirs" an amazing electronic song that was inspired by his latest state of mind (very nice huh). The second song is an old song that he re-worked and is what I would describe a chilled Hip Hop a very very nice song.
A-ux - Forgotten Memoir

Midnight Masses
There is something that draws me into Midnight Masses it may have to do with the brilliant compilation of artist drawn from some of the best bands out there, all I know is that I've listen to some of their other work and is just as solid as this song I'm posting, so whenever their CD "Rapture Ready, I Gazed At The Body " is available in November 10th its one of CD's you should be listening to.

Metronomy
So last week I had some amazing post waiting; however Time Warner Cable takes a week to transfer service and Apple service sucks, so I was not able to post what I had plan; however I'm just going to narrow it to two artist that I'm currently in love with.
First off is the new Metronomy , with the addition of two members and the loss of one they are out with the new song called " Not Made For Love" and it comes with a remix that is causing quite a stir in the bloggesphere.
Metronomy - Not Made for Love (ALALAL Remix)
Next is Don Diablo's latest track called "Get on the floor" featuring J. Rock and Big Ed a song that I wasn't sure at first if I was crazy about it, but for some reason it made it into my iphone and now I'm hooked.

Fredrick Carlsson Remix and Ep Preview
Frederick Carlsson is back with some new remixes and a sneak peak of his new ep. If you remember I blogged about Frederick back in June when he created his amazing June Mix, today he is remixing Phoenix's 1901 and Mando Diao both amazing remix, although I'm still weird out by Mando Diao's song; the one thing I'm not weird out is Frederick Carlsson's sneak peak of his up coming ep. its just amazing

Mando Diao - Dance With Somebody (Fredrick Carlsson Remix)

Dragonette LehtMoJoe Remix
LehtMoJoe had sent this remix a few months back, but due to release dates infringements he ask us to hold off on posting the song (its OK I'm always running late anyway). So here it is the long awaited Dragonette remix, yes, unlike most remixes this song actually slows downs the song and makes it into a ballad, any question on how the song sounds originally, well watch the video below.

The Ams
Siblings Ana and Dennis Carey, have just released an amazing indie ballad. The Ams are releasing their debut album called "The Release of An American Soul" on October 6th through their own record company Shields Records, in order to give us a sneak peak they've released a ballad called "Your Mere Presence", a simplistically beautiful song, with a touch of melancholy.
The Ams - You mere presence
